RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Inovita, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy that allows you to return the product and receive a refund under certain conditions.

Return Period

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and a refund.

Return Conditions

Product Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, Inovita commits to refunding the customer within fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised, after conducting all necessary inspections of the products.

The refund method will be based on the payment method chosen by the customer.

Any product that has been damaged by the customer will not be refunded or will be partially refunded.

Article 11 – Warranties

The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with the legal provisions in force under Articles L.217-1 to L.218-2 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

In case of non-conformity

Inovita is required to deliver products that conform to the contract and is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The action resulting from the lack of conformity is limited to two years from the delivery of the products.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.217-9 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer may choose between repairing or replacing the products.

If neither repair nor replacement of the product is possible, or if the solution cannot be implemented within one month of the customer's claim or without major inconvenience for the customer given the nature of the product and the intended use, the customer may return the product and receive a refund or keep the product and receive a partial refund, as provided in Article L.217-10 of the Consumer Code.

In case of hidden defects

Inovita is responsible for the warranty against hidden defects of the sold item that make it unsuitable for the use for which it was intended.

The action resulting from hidden defects must be brought by the buyer within two years of the discovery of the defect.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the customer may choose to return the item and receive a refund of the price or keep the item and receive a partial refund of the price.

Inovita may also offer to replace the products for the customer.

11.3 – Claims

To invoke the legal warranty, the customer must immediately notify Inovita of the defect as soon as it appears by completing the form available on the site and sending it along with photographs to Inovita's customer service at the following address:

The customer must comply with the return conditions for products described in the article above.

The return shipping costs of the products are the responsibility of the customer.
