How long does it take to receive an order?
Currently, our delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. Please note that we are committed to meeting our delivery times. We recommend waiting at least 12 days from the order date before contacting us.
Order cancellation on the day of purchase:
You can cancel your order on the same day it was placed. To do so, please contact us immediately at 01 76 43 23 00 between 9 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday. You can also email us at: info@inovita.co
Cancellation after the day of the order:
After the day of the order, we quickly begin processing it so that you can receive your product as soon as possible. Therefore, cancellations will no longer be possible after this period.

How can I track my order?
Click on "TRACK MY ORDER" and enter your order number and the email address you provided at checkout.
It takes 2 to 3 days to receive your order tracking number.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally.
Returns and Refunds
I’m not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
Each customer has 90 days to try our products. To get a refund, simply follow our return and refund policy.
